- Expertise in Technical Skills.
- Minimum 1-year experience in an International BPO.
- Experience in International Calling
- Experience in the Technical Support domain
- Experience in Salesforce, CRM
- Excellent Customer handling skills
Responsibilities of Customer Specialist
- Ability to understand customer issues
- Route to the appropriate team
- Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
- Receiving and making end-user calls
