• Take accountability & responsibility for new hires & refresher training with assessment
• Follow a blended learning approach to create engagement among learners
• Own & take responsibility to design a learning plan for the white- & blue-collar workforce
• Create a structured plan for designing & implementing the capability & competency development charter for the white- & blue-collar workforce
• Work on TNI & TNA in collaboration with the stakeholders
• Deliver the training tasks within the defined TAT
• Come up with a new digital learning approach for faster learning in the organization
• Enable the culture & create the value of learning across the vertical
• Support the business in achieving business goals through L&D interventions
• Maintain a high level of stakeholder management like regional directors, FC heads, Flipkar2m, HR team, and counterparts of another region

Eligibility

• You should be available for a full-time (in-office) internship
• You can start the internship between  7th Sep’22 and 12th Oct’22
• You are available for a duration of 3 months
