Responsibility of Human Resources

• Lead program planning and execution of central L&D workshops
• Identify and manage learning partners as and when required
• Take ownership of IDPs resulting from talent exercises
• Handle annual planning & budgeting and manage the L&D budget
• Manage overall stakeholder management (internal and external)
• Handle LMS administration
• Support other people’s processes (PM processes, engagement surveys, etc.)

Skills

• Graduate with 0-1 year of experience
• L&D experience is preferred though not mandatory
• Strong stakeholder management and customer centricity
• Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

Eligibility

• You should be available for a full-time (in-office) internship
• You can start the internship between 19th Aug’22 and 23rd Sep’22
• You are available for a duration of 6 months
• This internship program is from or opens to relocating to Mumbai and neighboring cities
• You must have relevant skills and interests for this internship
