Role and Responsibilities as Cluster Manager

• Follow the Command Centre SOP throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with employees of the assigned outlets to ensure Store SOP is followed.
• Identify the gaps through continuous monitoring & fix them.
• Provide guidance for store operational excellence from time to time.
• Accurate maintenance of data and daily trackers for all the parameters.

Qualifications

Salary And Compensation Details

The MedPlus Cluster Manager Salary is 2.4 L per year In India. In addition to the above CTC, at the end of 2 years, the employees will get a retention bonus of Rs 50,000. At the end of each subsequent year, employees will get a retention bonus of Rs 25,000 per annum. There will be a service agreement of 2 years with the company.

What is Exam process for Cluster Manager in MedPlus?

• The date of the Written Test is 27-June-2022.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for the written test and they will be informed via email/SMS latest by 23-June-22.
• An online assessment of 60 minutes will be conducted in the assessment Centre.
• The written test will comprise Multiple choice questions covering Quantitative aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Reading comprehension.
• Candidates must bring their resume and any govt issued photo id proof (Aadhaar / Passport / PAN/ Driving license etc)for appearing for the exam.
• The final interview will be conducted on the same day after the written test.
