About Microsoft Virtual Internship Program

Microsft has come together with companies like the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), FutureSkills Prime-a NASSCOM and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) digital skilling initiative, Ernst & Young (EY), GitHub, and Quess Corp to provide students in best opportunity to make it beneficial for the upcoming generation. The theme of this internship is “Future Ready Talent” which explains everything.

Who can apply for this internship?

Microsoft has opened this for almost every undergraduate who will be joining the workforce in 2022-2024 are eligible to apply. You have to be within the first 50,000 registrations, the inaugural batch of the program will be closed afterward.

Students can be from a technical or non-technical background. If any students are ready to invest approximately 190 hours in the program over a duration of nine weeks can apply for the internship program.

What will students get in Future Ready Talent Virtual Internship Program by Microsoft?

Students will not get any stipend but the best things they will get will help them in bagging the greatest opportunities of their lifetime. Students will acquire seats in two exclusive career fairs will be hosted for students that will expose them to respective industry giants to network and showcase their projects and skills by Microsoft. It will also offer a 50% discount on industry certifications to all the Future Ready Talent students. 

They will also be trained in industry readiness sessions and they will be taught to use their tech skills to address challenges in four categories namely Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Earth.
