Operations Analyst – Aims to support the management of the day-to-day business operations. Core responsibility of the role will be for handling day to day business operations and improving operational processes. Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BCA, B. E / B. Tech are preferred), equivalent experience can also be considered.
• Minimum work experience of 2-4 years in operations/payment industry.
• Familiar with systems Knowledge, commonly used software applications, and process workflows/standard work templates
• Should have sound knowledge of SQL
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

• Ability to multitask and prioritize, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing day-to-day business with external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to define and run processes for the zones you own
• Must have a good understanding of the collection requirements to go live with a particular campaign/offer
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all PhonePe product offerings and features
• Conduct/participate in calibration meetings and assist in alignment between all team members
