Job Role: QE PMO Staff

Employee Status: Full-time

Education: BBA/B.Com/BA

Responsibilities

• Work as staff to support all operational work in Quality Engineering (QE) competency
• Learn and understand various internal tools
• Liaise with QE business leaders to gather resource demands in their projects
• Maintain the database for QE associates and track their project deployment/skill progress
• Facilitate freshers’ onboarding process, training, and deployment
• Keep track of contractors and unbilled resources in QE
• Co-ordinate with all support teams within EY GDS to ensure smooth operations across QE competency

Personal Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all QE project teams
• Show excellent communication skills in all forums
• Be proactive to learn and get trained on data visualization tools like Power BI
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Foster teamwork, innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Qualification Required

For this Quality Engineering vacancy in Ernst & Young, You have to Graduation with a BBA, B.Com, and BA (English Literature) with a minimum Mark of 60% or above for this job role. You have also Professional Experience of 0 – 1 year.
