• All interviews will be virtual video interviews on Zoom, since they are all working remotely for the time being.
• they will plan multiple interview drives – they may be spread over 2-3 dates to accommodate all candidates.
• Given the context of Covid and remote work – Freshworks is working partially remotely (as things stand today). While they have office locations in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad – the support team is based primarily out of Chennai and this role will be for the Chennai location only.
• they are also tentatively looking at an office in Coimbatore in the near future and take your preference in case you wish to be based out of Coimbatore.
• they are also slowly returning back to the office in phases, and will expect those hired to work out of the Chennai office upon joining.
