Qualification

• 8 to 10+ years of operations management positions in a large to mid-sized company
• Post graduate in HR stream
• Solid operational background with an emphasis in managing high volume processing across hire to retire processes
• Track record of success in operating all processes across hire to retire across countries in different regions
• Managing multiple delivery centers
• Strong delivery of Multi region HRO delivery experience
• Huge processes knowledge across hire to retire processes
• Proficient with any major HCM tools/ systems
• Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret local legislative laws
• Strong team and leadership skills
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships with peers, vendors and other departments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the entire processes & functions for Multi region across globe
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local Benefit laws in multiple regions, and maintain adequate financial controls throughout the process.
• Administer and evaluate all projects across Hire to Retire programs
• Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Assist and train all new and existing Team Leads, Managers and Sr. Managers for various processes under hire to retire stream
• Leads a team and ensure that all hire to retire related processes are processed accurately and timely
• Responsible for the management update of key metrics to optimize resource usage and identify improvements.
• Partnering a variety of groups and individuals in managing changes in client processes
• Liaison with internal and external auditors to assist with understanding the key processes, giving access to systems for sample testing and providing evidence of key controls.
• Ensure effective documentation is in place and regularly updated to account for changes in process and legislation
• Provide leadership and management to a team of specialists to execute and manage processes under hire to retire accurately. Manages performance and provides training and oversight of day-to-day processing activities to insure the team functions in cohesive effective unit.
