As Junior Service Executive, You have to Oversee and drive back office provisioning of service delivery including onnet feasibility, access networks and customer order provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the back office provisioning of services, which includes provisioning for customer orders, access networks, and on-net feasibility.
• Promote system and process improvement initiatives to guarantee the prompt and economical supply of orders in ILD, NLD, and MAN networks.
• In order to offer bandwidth on networks, ensure that the inventory of network systems is available.
• Analyze the requirement for capacity optimization or augmentation to address network capacity issues.
• Manage and keep an eye on order planning and delivery from a configuration management perspective.
• Leading and supervising the network design team to achieve customer connectivity within the specified timeframe and managing the project handoff team.
• Diagnoses issues investigate solutions, fixes them, and, if required, makes corrections.

• Is able to apply broad knowledge of one area within Provisioning and Configuration Management or advanced knowledge of specific professional/operational practices.
